Yes. If there is any issue with your website working please contact us at the link " Contact " at the top of the page in the menu.
For the Standard Plan if you go above 5 pages it would move up to the Professional Plan. If you need more pages than what the Professional Plan offers (10 Pages) then you would need to Contact Us to discuss your needs.
Please Choose A Theme to purchase our services. Your website will be based on what you choose as a theme design. After you choose a theme we will send you an email with a file for you to use to create your text and information about yourself and/or business that your website will be presenting. If you have a different design than what we offer please Contact Us and we will try to accomodate you.
You can send them to us by email as an attachment. Try to keep the image file size smaller since that will keep the page loading times faster. File type of .jpg or .png is usually desired.
The Standard Plan price includes up to a 5 page website which typically consists of Home page, About page, Services page, and Contact + 1 additional page if desired. Continuation of keeping your site online is provided with a $39/month recurring charge (1st month free). Free Domain Name is included. SSL security of the site is included with 256 bit encryption. Website support is included if there is a problem with the loading or viewing of your website.
If you choose the Professional Plan updates are free for 1 update at 1 hour per month (updates do not carry over to the next month). Updates are for text and images only. Other changes to websites would incur a charge of $100/ hour.
After your website is completed we provide you a 5 day review period to make adjustments to your website. This will give you time to make changes to an image or text.
After the 5 day review period any website updates such as changes to pages structure, adding pages, (changing images and text (Standard Plan)), etc. will incur a charge. This charge will be at the rate of $100 per hour. The amount of time that the update will take will be estimated at the time of the request.
Our service is on a subscription basis. We will create your website for you with an initial setup fee charge (Standard Plan) of $99.00 for a 5 page website with a recurring charge of $39.00 per month to keep your website online and running properly. Using your own hosting is not an option we offer currently.
Yes. A Domain Name is included in the price for both plans.
If you do not find a design presented on our site that satisfies your needs and you have another design or website from the internet that you feel would be a better fit please

| Theme Design | Your website will be based on what you choose as a theme design. It will be different by the images that are replaced and the content text that is utilized from your information and wording you provide. These changes will differentiate your site and brand from the initial design that you choose with some variations with design if needed. We may be able to accomodate a different design than is offered. Contact us to discuss options. |
| Images | Images will be changed where needed or desired to reflect more of what you or your business is presenting. We recommend that you provide some quality images that are pictures of yourself or your business that represents who you are and can reflect a more realness of the business or person. |
| Content Text | The content text will be generated from the information and wording that you provide. When you submit your business or personal descriptive information about yourself and/or business it will help to create the backdrop for your desired brand or web presence. Be sure to think about what you are trying to portray to an audience that will view your website. |
| Marketing Language | If you already have marketing material such as pamphlets, fliers, or anything similar, you can use that as a basis for providing the necessary information for your pages. If you don't have any of this material take time to write some interesting things about yourself and what you are trying to present. |
| Pages | The Home page (index page), the About page, and the Services page are the most crucial pages. The Home page usually will be a conglomerate of all of that info with the other pages reflecting that page and any additional info that helps to add to your audiences understanding of your intentions and brand. |
| We Put It All Together | Do I have to worry about how those pages, text, and images are put together? No. We will put them together. But because we do not know about your business or personal information you will need to provide this information to tell the story of what you are presenting to your audience about yourself, your business, services, or other things that you want people to know about. |
